Meals

All of our accommodations are equipped with quality cookware, propane stoves, refrigeration, and hot & cold running water, making it easy for you to create your own home-cooked meals here. There are no grocery stores in the wilderness so ensure that you bring whatever you need to dine in nature.

Catered meals will not be available during 2019. If you make prior arrangements with us to experience our catering, you can expect to enjoy spectacular dinners that have been lovingly prepared by Josée, especially for you, and served buffet style / all you can eat in our sea-side dining room. Your feast includes a sumptuous hors d'oeuvre,  gourmet sea-food entrée  with accompanying fresh vegetables, fresh picked salad, a yummy dessert, glass of wine, teas & coffee, and a wonderful opportunity to spend an evening with Bruce & Josée, hearing stories of the local culture, wilderness homesteading, paddling routes, forestry practices, salmon farming, the beauty of nature, and who knows where the conversation will take us...

We have a minimum number of four people for making dinner reservations, and are happy to combine different guest groups to achieve this number.  We are also happy to accommodate your taste preferences, and request prior notification of any allergies you may have.

If you would like to enjoy a fine bottle of wine with your dinner, please feel welcome to bring your own bottle. We do not sell alcohol at the Inn.

If you are a fishing enthusiast please bring your rod, lures, and a fishing license (available locally).
